Neighbor Complaint

Have a dispute with a neighbor or fellow homeowner?

Sorry to hear that. We are big believers that most people really do want to be good neighbors to those around them, so we highly recommend trying to resolve the issue with friendly conversation first before lodging a formal complaint, if possible. Often people do not understand the rules or realize the impact their behavior is having on others and will be open to helping if given a chance to comply voluntarily.

However, it is your choice in how to proceed. But we need to inform you that a newly revised Arizona Law (A.R.S. 33-1803) requires that any complaint related to a violation lodged with the Association can NOT be made anonymously.

The person lodging the complaint and alleged violation must state his/her first and last name, the date the violation occurred and the provision of the community documents allegedly violated. The new law requires that this information be available to the party who is accused of the violation.

If you still wish to make a complaint, please fill out the form and return it to RCP via mail, fax, or email.
