Architectural Request

If you are making changes to how your home is viewed from the street, you have come to the right place. Please submit your architectural change request to the HOA for consideration before beginning work.

Below are some examples of typical request and what they entail.

Download, print and complete the form. Then attach a drawing and any information the committee needs in order to provide a decision. To help the review process and avoid unnecessary delays, please be as detailed and specific as possible.

Landscape Changes

Front yard landscape changes are among the top requests. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• A plot plan is required
• The plot map should include location, type and number of plant material – both existing and installing
• If adding granite, specify color name, size and include a photo/sample
• If installing artificial turf, include the spec sheet of turf/brochure
• Does the change satisfy the minimum landscaping requirements?

Driveway Extensions

If you plan to extend your driveway, here are some things to include in your plot plan and documentation:

• Length
• Width
• Setback from property line
• Measurement where extension meets sidewalk (front footage)
• Measurements of existing driveway and walkway
• Material name and photo/sample
• Any trees/shrubs being removed? If so are minimum landscaping requirements satisfied?

Shed – Accessory Structure

Adding a shed or any accessory structure (e.g. cabana, gazebo, pergola, etc.) will need to include the following items:

• Length, width and height of structure
• Setback/distance from all adjacent property lines, walls, house
• Materials – color, roof type, material of structure
• Plot map showing measurements and location of structure on the property

Paint

Pre-Approved paint requests

• Each community has specific color schemes and paint specifications
• Links are available on the community web site
• Using pre-approved paint assures the quickest response time

Custom Paint

• Include physical paint chips
• Speify color for body, trim, pop-outs, garage door & front door
