Our Story

Like you, we once served on an HOA board and worked with property management companies and their vendors. It was one of the most frustrating experiences of our lives. But it was also the genesis of RCP. We won’t bore you with the details, but the short version is this: We took full responsibility for the evolution of our community and shaped a path for the better. Today, it is RCP’s mission to help HOAs take charge of their own evolution based on their values, outcomes and budgets. The future will arrive anyway. Why not be intentional about what you want it to become?

Our Approach

With that said, we also have tried and true best practices. One of them is not using vendors simply because we have a prior relationship with them, but to interview and vet the best for the job. When it comes to reminding owners about policies, we have found ways to communicate with them that is friendly, respectful and productive. HINT: A sticky note works better than a letter. When it comes to coaching boards, we believe in setting a productive, friendly tone where everyone works together.
